Utica FNP Program Review
As a father of 3 young children and working full time I can honestly say, if it wasn't for Utica University I don't think I would have been able to become a Nurse Practitioner for many years. The Program instructors were supportive, the structure of the program was well organized and user friendly, the class times were conducive to busy working professionals with or without families. There are multiple start dates throughout the year, with the possibility of taking a session off if desired. Overall this program was exactly what I was looking for to advance my career and go back to school. I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone and everyone who desires to go back to school to get their NP.

Okay if you need an online program
If you need an online based program to fit school into your life, then Utica will probably work for you. The workload is okay, but you’ll have a good amount of busy work. Some teachers are drastically more reasonable than others. Plan to have zero help finding your preceptors, so start looking super early. If it wasn’t for it being the only online option around, I would avoid it.
