5 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- My Honest Review As you scale up in any career you’ll find yourself teaching yourself with your own learning style. I enjoyed the autonomy and it’s the reason I chose the university. There was no busy work which wastes time and money just to fund the schools. It was just straight to the core classes. If it’s still tailored that way then I’d recommend. If not, then search for another university because who has time for all of that. There are schools out there without all that nonsense. You can look at the curriculum before you decide because it’s public information. 😊 - Alum
- Preceptors Difficult finding willing people and places willing to precept students. - Alum
- APSU FNP post masters Majority of the course was online which was nice. The study material for the certification examination was horrible. The university uses APEA and does not align well with the FNP-C or FNP-BC examination. It was honestly a waste of time doing monotonous questions and attending in person lectures. Buy the Leik book on Amazon and use the online resources. I promise, regardless of what you learn at APSU or really any university…you will pass first time. - Alum
- Great program with great teachers. Teachers were great and program delivered. Preceptor help was great and everyone passed the certification. - Alum
- APSU! APSU is a program that work for working nurses. Best ever - Alum
