- Pandemic Impact This program started off great but of course the pandemic had a huge impact. Once there was a change in faculty the communication became subpar. Taking an external certification course which cost another 1k is what made me feel the most prepared for the exam. - Alum

- Had had 45 yrs of experience i, Had many preexisting contacts in a variety of fields. Had no difficulty in securing the appropriate preceptors. Made arrangements well before the preceptor phase of training. Framed my goals and expectations of what I needed to gain with the experiences and discussed them with my preceptors. I had two Family Practice tours, one nursing home tour, and one acute care hospital tour. I found it helpful to make these contacts early in my schooling so as to have a relationship with my preceptors. The program went the extra mile in preparing us for the certification exam. Including online practice exams, and review weekends. The staff was very vested in our success. - Alum
- Great choice for me I went back to get my master in nursing, graduating in 2018 at 50 something years old. I chose Adult Gerontology because I had no interest in Pediatrics, and didn't want to pay for and take classes I would likely never use professionally. The workload at times was stressful, but overall it was manageable. Instructors were terrific, they made the classroom comfortable, the lectures understandable, and did great job bringing a diverse group of RN's together for this learning experience: they also brought in "Expert" lecturers. The program did offer support in finding preceptor sites, but I found my own that were local to me. I do feel the Keuka program prepared for the certification exam, and will endorse Keuka College's NP program to one to consider. - Alum
