- High quality education In person classes. Experienced professors. Able to connect with like minded students. - Alum
- Very little real world experience Fairfield did not prepare me well for being a PMHNP. We had very little instruction on pharmacology specifically psychopharmacology and faculty were not actively in clinical roles which made it hard to learn from real life examples. - Alum
- Great program. Supportive staff. I always found my own preceptors. Experiences were good. I wish there were more clinical hours. I always found the professors supportive. I worked part time while going to school full time. - Alum
- Supportive Professors were all supportive throughout program and assisted with obtaining clinical site experience - Alum
- Inexperienced teachers Some of teachers had no psychiatric background, our psychopharmacology had no experience and didn't teach the course but rather invited pharma reps to present their meds. It was one of the weakest courses but is foundational to our future careers. The program didn't justify the cost. - Alum
