9 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- Great FNP program except for pathophysiology Good guidance , didactic. The pathophysiology class was lacking as prof Neelon was very disorganized and was no Longer an effective teacher. A group of us went to discuss this w administrators but were only given lip service and nothing was done Pathophysiology is the core to understanding health/disease, so this was a disappointment. - Alum
- Outstanding The program was up to date, always looking at adjustments related to what would be needed as health care evolved, staffed by excellent professors with both book knowledge and clinical skills. There was a great relationship with the MD program so that teachers went back and forth between the programs, and students could choose to have clinicals in either program. There was also good financial help. - Alum
- Excellent If you plan for scholarly work after DNP, this is The best program. Lot of mentoring from faculty for writing, publication etc - Alum
- Well rounded The school arranged all preceptorships while allowing you to secure your own if you chose to. I was able to work part time during the program. I felt prepared to start my career at the completion of my degree and felt the preparation was well rounded. - Alum
- Great local program Excellent team and great preceptor placement. I do feel like I could have been better prepared for the workforce though. - Alum
