25 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- FNP experience I had a great experience with the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I did work part time and went to school part time and was able to balance work and school. I felt well prepared. I did find some of my own preceptor sites, but I was thankful to go to a school where they would find sites for me if I could not find them. Moving my degree forward was the best thing I have done for my career. - Alum
- Recommend My preceptor placement and costs were taken care of by my instructors and tuition. I passed the boards the first time. I felt prepared. - Alum
- Stellar program, prepared me well -Boards & beyond The lectures, access to lecturers and access to a geographical area (Baltimore and Washington DC metropolitan areas), there is a rich consortium of hospitals that enhanced my clinical experience for each class. The instructors and administrators of the program were both supportive and motivating to the students to excel both during the program and beyond. Twenty years later, I am still grateful for my experience at UMD Baltimore. - Alum
- Great experience I had a great experience in the graduate program. - Alum
- Solid Education for an Affordable Cost Baltimore has plenty of education options when it comes to nursing degrees. For the money, UMB provided a solid education without breaking the bank. Felt prepared to start and excel in my role. - Alum
