Rush was great
Rush was a wonderful school, despite the amount of workload. I felt I was more prepared during rotations than my peers who attended other schools. They really prepare you for becoming an advanced practice provider. Unfortunately the DNP project itself was a bit cumbersome and I didn't get the support other students did.

Good program for mom and full-time employee
Overall my experience was good. Being that I previously completed a rigorous Master program I knew what would be needed to complete this program. I do wish some of the core courses were more rigorous specifically psych pharmacology and psych neuropathophysiology. They were good I just feel they could of challenged us more. I felt my DNP course work was spot on and pushed me to be a nurse leader and scholar. Overall good quality program and less expensive than my Master's.

Amazing Program
Rush’s DNP-NNP was great. Provided me with a wealth of knowledge to be able to enter the NNP workforce as a safe, novice NNP.

Great Program
My experience with Rush's DNP program was great. I have two other nursing degrees from the #1/#2 ranked nursing schools in the country as well, but I can honestly say Rush's program was probably better in my experience. The faculty are all supportive, intelligent, and remain clinically connected in their field. All clinical placements were found for students which is a huge plus. In addition, I was able to work part time during my DNP program and have most of my tuition covered.
