11 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- Excellent School of Nursing Loved my time at UCLA school of nursing for my master's and NP certification. Proud of school name on my resume. Workload acceptable, challenging. Met solid colleagues who I am proud to say I went to school with. I worked full time and went to school. Get involved with clubs, volunteer with nursing programs and if travel opportunities are available, (like visiting Cuba healthcare) take advantage. - Alum
- Rigorous but necessary! During my grad yrs, we were not expected to work, most of us did, research for any assignment was done in the library, now I’m sure it’s all done online, if you elected to take comps, testing was 2 full days in person, I’m sure 30+yrs later, it’s changed up a bit, I can certainly attest that the training was rigorous and prepared us for our NP career, I still strongly recommend the program! - Alum
- went from RN to owning my own practice in AK I was in class 22 and such a wonderful program I recommend UCLA for NP training - Alum
- Fantastic ucla NP program had lots of clinical 18 month internship 30 years ago. Better training them today. Wish more on line programs required more clinical hours - Alum
