- Preceptorship and Billing I (luckily)had relationships with preceptors and was able to secure all 4 of my rotations on my own. I know others are not so lucky, and some are even having to pay out of pocket for rotations which I consider unacceptable. I also feel very strongly that Drexel Primary Care NP program should include one class on Healthcare Billing specifically for providers prior to graduation. - Alum
- Would recommend but does not help find preceptors The program was rigorous, but I was able to continue to work part-time. The program does not help find preceptors. Exam certification prep course is included in the program. I feel like if you are going into a specialty role, most of your learning will be on the job. - Alum
- Great program! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with my PMC-NP degree with Drexel! I felt well prepared, educated and ready as a new grad NP after graduation! The on-campus SIM training was frustrating prior to completing with travel and hotel accommodations but proved to be invaluable afterwards! I highly recommend this program for your WHNP! - Alum
- Outstanding The MSN-FNP program holds a special place in my heart . I remember feeling discouraged as an undergraduate in nursing , however it was a completely different environment in my MSN program. I felt encouraged and supported during the entire program. The professors and advisors are engaged. You are truly set up for success from day one in the program. Additionally, I passed my board certification exam on the first try because I was well prepared. - Alum
- Prepared me well for my role as an NP The AGACNP program at Drexel was phenomenal. The first two years of class work was, not easy, but manageable, with a full time job and multiple children. The final clinical year was challenging, however, it prepared me well for my career as an NP - Alum
