- Highly recommend I would highly recommend university graduate programs. I enjoyed my experience. - Alum
- excellent preparation for working as NP I worked part time while in NP program. I found my own preceptors which worked well for me as I had worked locally for over 20 years and had good reputation as RN so had good choice of preceptors. I felt well prepared when I started working as NP. Program did good job of preparing me for new role as NP - Alum
- Husson NP Excellent school. Faculty is the best. Caring, supportive, knowledgeable. Holds student accountable but promotes successful knowledge base. Campus beautiful and safe. - Alum
- Good experience in 2011-2013 This was 13 years ago, but I had a great experience at Husson, I did attend classes in person. The lab experiences were good, I had no difficulty finding preceptors, I did find my own, i did not have to pay preceptors for precepting me. To prepare for boards, I reviewed ALL my class materials and attended a Peg Fitzgerald review class. That class made me feel like I could walk into primary care and function. My review of my class materials was most helpful for boards. - Alum
- Decent program Every program has its issues, but overall this program was reasonably priced and workload was manageable. Fair amount of busy work/discussion visits which I assume is common for most programs. The fully online/remote program was a huge draw. Unfortunately I had to find all my own preceptors. I feel that clinical experience/preceptorship training prepared me the most for my career rather than an education program. - Alum
