My NP student experience
This program prepared me to pass the certification exam on my first attempt. The school helped me choose clinical sites that offered a variety of experiences. I made a close lifelong friend with a classmate.

I was happy to get education there
Program was tough but worth it. I feel their requirement of being a nurse for 5 years prior to becoming an NP should be the norm a NEW grad nurse who has not developed her critical thinking skills should not go straight to NP school plus I don’t think NP school should be done online.

Barry has a great NP program
I highly recommend Barry U for DNP training. I received very good instruction from my professors and I feel I was well prepared for exams and my career

School had classes once a week which helped while working a full time RN work of 12hrs/3days.
They did not help find preceptors, so it was up to us to find them, which sometimes created stress.
Prepared us to help take the exam.
