• Great local school ! I got my BSN and MSN at Stockton. Cost and convenience were big factors. As a commuting student working full time as a RN while raising a family, I was able to pace myself and get classes I needed. - Alum
• Great school and education I applied to only 2 schools, Stockton and UPenn. These were the 2 area schools that had clinical placements as a part of their curriculum. Stockton set up our preceptorships. I drove a lot, but it was worth it. I gave my preceptors gift cards at the end, but there was no cost to me other than my tuition. I am so grateful for this as NP school is hard enough. Keep in mind that this was over 10 years ago so I cannot speak to how things are now. - Alum
• Solid program with flexibility for working nurses Preceptors are secured by college but you are also allowed to choose your own and they will do the contracts. Workload was reasonable for working nurses. There are full time and part time options. Hybrid program was good to have face to face time as well as flexibility in scheduling. I felt well prepared for boards and clinical practice. Professors are mostly working NPs who understand the balance of real life and academics. - Alum
• Clinical-preceptorship I was able to work as a school nurse during the program. My clinical experience was in an fast track ER in Atlantic City and I learned so much during that time. Thankfully, there was no cost to me with my clinical rotations. - Alum
• Career Preparedness One of the things that stood out to me was how my professors prepared me for the reality. We filled out job applications, got details on how to apply for licensure, NPI numbers, DEA prescribing privileges. Contracts, non-competes, fee for service...all good information for job hunting. - Alum
