3 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- Well intended My professors supported me as much as possible but the program was unable to provide adequate clinical experience. Many of my classmates feel the same way. When going from RN to NP we need to learn the medical model. We need to be educated and prepared similar to PAs. - Alum
- Preceptors made the program… The program itself was just ok… but the preceptors and faculty mentors made it worth it. They made the program… I credit my knowledge and skills to their mentorship and teaching. As for value… it’s a private school and you’re going to pay a significant cost. I was lucky enough to get some good scholarship aid which allowed me to attend without complete demise. Still… I had debt to pay off after graduation but it was doable to pay off. - Alum
- Good overall experience I had a wonderful advisor for my DNP project who was very attentive and helpful. One thing about this program that drew me in was the hybrid model, where we had class on Saturdays in person, some Zoom, and I could work to support myself while in school. They do also have the Yellow Ribbon program for veterans, which covered the cost since this is a private institution. Overall would recommend. - Alum
