- Review This program is very well designed and adequately prepared me for transitioning from RN to NP. The program is well designed for those who continue to work by providing dates well in advance to make accommodations. Preceptors are found by the university and are relatively local based on students home locations which helped provide minimal stress in getting clinical hours. Overall, I felt prepared for boards and felt like they did an excellent job preparing me for practice. - Alum
- Great program The program layout was clear, the professors were personable and willing to work with you. I felt the ANCC boards were easy. Overall would recommend. - Alum
- Great experience I did the nurse midwifery program. This was not an option on Doximity so I recommend you add that please. This was a great program. I was working full time as a nurse and still able to complete my masters and become a midwife. ECU found my clinical placements for me and made it very manageable. My professors were amazing and I still keep in contact with them 10 years later. I cannot say that about my undergraduate programs. I highly recommend ECU. - Alum
- Rigorous program, supportive faculty The program was definitely challenging and rigorous, and I was well prepared for certification, and employment - received feedback from my first supervising MD that I was exceeding expectations as a new NP when I first came on. Supportive faculty along the way, I had to drop out for a year due to family issues, everyone was flexible to getting me back into the program at appropriate time. End of program had a lot of career and licensing prep as well, excellent experience. - Alum
- ECU-DNP program Amazing supportive faculty very apparent their top priority is for you to succeed and be prepared for the real world! - Alum
