10 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- Great faculty and support throughout the program. The program process helped me successfully finished my DNP project. - Alum
- Was Part time Strong academics. Appreciated the evidence based program and I use that knowledge all the time. I had connections to set up my own preceptorship so I did that. I was part time and had to drop out for a semester due to a death in the family, and they were able to accommodate that I was enrolled in the DNP, but decided not to do it because of the expense versus benefit ratio. - Alum
- Great Program I had a great experience and felt pretty prepared. Of course on the job training always helps. The downfall with all programs is the lack of training for the business side of medicine. - Alum
- FNP program at Arizona State University Arizona State University procured preceptors and provided valuable support in securing others that I requested. I was fortunate to work with some truly outstanding ones. I was able to maintain a mostly part-time schedule, increasing my hours during course breaks, which offered a great balance. My instructors were knowledgeable, dedicated, and always willing to help. The coursework was rigorous yet manageable, and I felt well-prepared for my certification exam. ASU played a key role in preparing me for my career as a family nurse practitioner, and I am proud to have succeeded in that role. I was so satisfied with my experience that I returned to ASU years later to pursue my Doctor of Nursing Practice. - Alum
- Strong clinical preparation The school places you in excellent clinical sites and the preceptors provide strong clinical backing for practice - Alum
