• Good experience overall Preceptorship was on my own. Not as hard to get as now. The workload was pretty heavy. I wish I would’ve been more practical experiences in clinics with the instructors. - Alum
• Quality education/excellent certification prep Awesome professors and experiences offered. I passed both FNP certification exams immediately after graduation- I was well prepared. Overall- highly recommend USI MSN-FNP Program! - Alum
• Need to be disciplined I started my MSN program about 6 weeks prior to having a baby. I would not recommend that. The program itself was great. I had followed in a previous co-worker's footsteps to get started and actually had another co-worker that completed the same program I did. The professors and instructors were great. It was hard to stay ahead and work, but it is doable with good family and friend support. I was prepared to pass my exam and actually took a review course with other students from my program. I did have to set up my own clinicals throughout the process, but given my inpatient nursing experience and role it was not very difficult. - Alum
• Great education/ good value I felt well prepared for board exams and the education I received was better than others regarding billing, documentation etc. I did not receive help with preceptor placement and had to do this on my own. - Alum
• Best Decision I ever made! Going to USI was the best decision I made as a provider. It was rigorous but prepared me well for what I enjoy waking up and doing today. The faculty was very helpful during my time at USI. The downside is there was no help for clinical placements. If this is provided, it would decrease the stress that students encounter during their education at this university. 2018 graduate - Alum
