• Concordia NP Program Concordia had amazing teachers actually working in the field that had very good hands on experiences. These experiences helped with enforcing knowledge and actual patient care. I would highly recommend Concordia. - Alum

• It was a great experience overall! Securing a preceptorship was difficult at first! I did have a lot of doors slammed in my face very quickly. However, it did help me to grow and help to give me confidence going forward that I could do this on my own. I was able to secure several preceptorships that helped me grow as a nurse practitioner. - Alum
• Experience in Concordia University . I networked with Local Organizations to secure preceptors. Upon deciding to do my masters in Nurse Practitioner, I started networking with co-workers, joined local organizations that became added network into securing preceptorship. Concordia University is known to Wisconsin to produce good graduates. They have a very good academic program that will prepare students to pass their certificate exam and start a career in Primary care. Professors were approachable, supportive and available when needed. - Alum
• Time and Perseverance I spent a lot of time searching for my preceptorships. I eventually found them but thought at one point I was going to have to change programs from FNP to geriatrics because I could not find a pediatric placement. I ultimately did but it was close. I also had to travel long distances and rent a room at my cost for my pediatric placement. Otherwise this program prepared me well to pass my certification exam. I eventually found a job after extensively searching within 5 months of graduation in Wisconsin. - Alum
