- Superb education at a great value Able to continue working my full-time job in the psych ED while in my program. Felt well prepared for boards and to start practicing in my field upon completion. Cost was very, very affordable. I have no student loans. - Alum
- CSU-P Family NP Program Overall, the program was very good. I learned everything I needed to be a good nurse practitioner upon completion. There could’ve been more help with finding preceptorships and clinical placement. That was the biggest issue. - Alum
- Very disorganized administration. Could not work. Had to secure all my own preceptors - Alum
- experience I had to find all of my preceptorships which was difficult. I was able to work while doing this program, but there were study sessions I was unable to make given they were held in Pueblo which I thought was not fair to those students not living in Pueblo. Not the best program but it got me my degree. - Alum
- CSU-P dual MSN Cheap for a dual masters program, but in somw ways you get what you pay for. Very little support from the school or faculty in finding clinical placement. The program itself was ok for academic content and pointing generically towards content for boards. I do not feel that there was much support for how to actually enter practice or transition from RN to NP. Learned a ton from clinicals and from my own efforts. Must be self-driven to learn and expect little support from the school. - Alum
