• Excellent Clinical Rotations WU assisted with initial placement that covered adults, SUD and AUD. I had to find my own adolescent and geri-psych rotations to meet hours, which delayed graduation, but worth the extra time to get excellent rotations and WU allowed the extra semester for these premium clinical experiences. - Alum
• Professors that care I made life long friendships and met incredible professors. Weekend seminars are tough, but worth it. Support from the professors are wonderful. Keep this lines of communication open with your professors so they know when and how to help you. Felt prepared for exam and practice. - Alum
• Mixed feelings The university didn’t secure any of my preceptors. I had to find them myself. I managed to find most within my current organization which kept cost down but it was a struggle. The grants helped defray costs which was very helpful as I worked full time and went to school full time to make it work. - Alum
• Prepared me well for certification Most of the program when I got there was online. We would meet for a few times every other month to go over hands on training and testing. - Alum
• Excellent I completed the post masters FNP certification as well DNP program at Western University of Health Sciences and feel I could not have picked a better school. The staff, teachers, and peers were amazing. - Alum
