3 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- Great Experience The clinical experience prime with the tools I needed to start my career. I was confident in diagnosing and treating at the level of a MSN. - Alum
- Top notch! The classes are organized and ordered in a manner that makes sense and the instructors are very good. There are pre-recorded lectures, readings, quizzes, and discussion board postings to complete each week. The tests are appropriately spaced. A&M does help find placement but puts most of the burden of locating preceptors on the student. Nobody in my cohort went without preceptors though and completed required hours on time. Some professors and faculty even agreed to precept me when I had a preceptor pull-out last minute. The approximately once a semester meetings on campus are very productive and informative. Plus they really generate a sense of unity in the students. I recommend to anyone serious about getting an excellent FNP education. It's not easy but it is completely worth it! - Alum
- Strong lack of support This program provided almost no support from start to finish. They do not help with preceptorship placement at all which unfortunately forced many of us to spend upwards of 10k throughout the program for preceptors alone. While I do love this school, I would unfortunately not recommend this program. - Alum
