UWO DNP does not help advance a career
I already knew that this degree would not help me advance in my field, but I wanted the doctorate so I applied to UWO's program anyway. The DNP from UWO included a lot of courses that will never benefit me as a working PMHNP.

Excellent program
Program allowed me to continue to work full time while pursuing my MSN degree. Faculty and courses were very good and I felt well prepared to practice as an NP. I am still in touch with several classmates who are still in practice locally. Overall it was a great educational experience.
