8 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- Would not recommend NYU I had several issues with this program and thankfully did not have all out of pocket expenses. The MA program had 3 separate courses on Martha Rogers, which was not only NOT helpful in my career as a PNP but also not necessary in a masters program, to dedicate to a theorist at that price tag. Also the curriculum changed while in it and somehow effected my targeted graduation date. When I went to advisors to ask how this changes could affect me as I was already more than half way through the program, I was told I still had to complete the added classes. Then to make matters worse they were only allowing us to take 2 classes per semester which would have delayed my initial targeted graduation date. I had to plead for them to allow me to take 3 classes for 2 semesters so I could complete the program on time. It was very stressful and they were not very helpful. So, I likely would not recommend NYU especially for what it cost today unless they got a free ride. - Alum
