Online great choice. Hard to find preceptors. Overall good experience

Clarion MSN grad
Going to Clarion for my MSN, FNP made it so I was able to continue working fulltime until my last semester. There however was no help with finding preceptors. Most of the educators were extremely helpful and invested in my success. I did spend time outside of classes reviewing other resources to further my education.

Clarion Program
When I went to the program I thought it was great. We have a good balance of work and information. Several labs are offered. Good balanace and good cost.

Would not recommend
The curriculum was adequate to prepare for the certification exam if one puts the time in, but the feedback and guidance/instruction was not. I would be hesitant to recommend the program because I believe students are able to complete the program without adequately grasping the material. The examinations were not rigorous enough and students could easily matriculate without putting in the work.

I didn't really feel there was any support in finding preceptorship- aside from a list of previous preceptors that wasn't even up to date. There was a ton of stress around this every semester.
