I believe I was well prepared for certification exam and to function as a FNP in the real world. Professors were approachable and helpful. The schedule made working part time possible and I do not feel the workload was excessive for a master’s program.

Malone helped arrange a preceptorship at Akron Childrens but I had to find all other preceptors. I was working at a local hospital so I found providers willing to take me as a student. The program was great, helped prepare me for boards and my first job as a Nurse Practitioner.

Excellent Instruction and Preparation
The lock-step program is ideal for working adults balancing multiple responsibilities. The instructors were top-notch and I felt well-prepared entering the clinical portion of the training.
