- Accelerated BSN to RN program This private college is more costly than other programs, however, the program I chose was accelerated which offset some cost along with the value of time. I am pleased with the outcome of the program and passed Boards on the first try. They helped with résumé building and reached out after graduation as well. Workload and course satisfaction varied, depending on the course. They do not help much with finding preceptors but this has been my experience across the board. They offer a small stipend, but this is not freely advertised. Overall, I’m satisfied with the program and would choose the same route again if I had to do it over. - Alum
- Get what you put into it. School is okay. Workload is okay, and it is possible to take a full course load and work full-time. There is no real engagement with the courses. You do discussion boards and take a quiz. Write papers occasionally. If you want to learn the material its 100% on you to seek it out. You will not get any actual instruction on the courses in general. Maybe 1 in 5 courses has an instructor who uploads video lectures. Otherwise, you just read your book and hope you retain it. If you are a strong, independent learner and thrive in remote learning, it's a great option. If you need true instruction and classroom-style instruction to perform best, I'd find a plan B. - Alum
