2 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- Lack of support My actual didactic education is quality but the clinical portion of the program has absolutely no support, poor staff and inconsistent communication. They leave us to figure it out on our own and change deadlines and requirements frequently. It has been extremely stressful to do on top of work but I’ve made it happen. I can’t say I would recommend it but I also have heard this is common in NP programs - Alum
- Tailored for the working professional Classes were scheduled in the evening which allowed me to work during the day. At that time classes were in person which I was (and am) fine with. It facilitated networking, sharing experiences and kept me accountable time-wise!! Although the school did help with preceptorships, I actually found most of my own within the organization in which I was / am employed. I was able to schedule hours around my work schedule (during school I worked 4 days a week and did clinicals one weekday and a half day in the weekend.) This program was perfect for me and I have enjoyed many years working as an NP since graduating. - Alum
