10 reviews collected from current residents and alumni.- GSU enabled my career advancement. As I was working full time and raising my family, while seeking my degrees, I wanted a program that would be relevant, challenging and convenient. The GSU nursing curriculum was intense, but appropriate for advancing my career. I was able to take advantage of tutoring when needed. I was a diploma graduate of many years and appreciated the opportunity for increasing my knowledge base and for expanding my understanding of physiology, biochemistry as well as nursing theory. My degrees enabled me to move ahead into a position as clinical director for a national research program. I credit the nursing program at GSU for leading me in this new direction. - Alum

- Great school I feel like I had a great education at Georgia state. At the time, they helped us set up our clinical placement, which was key to success. - Alum
- Great progam at GSU I would highly recommend the family nurse practitioner program at GA State university. The education received for the cost of the program was well worth it, and it was affordable. Also, I was able to continue working while attending school. In addition, I was offered a job at two of my clinical sites. - Alum
