- Years in family medicine,ER, dermatology Finding preceptors was not difficult. Classes and instructors were great. - Alum
- Graduate School Attending TAMUCC I had to secure my own preceptor which was very difficult because there were a plethora of organizations and businesses that only contracted with brick and mortar schools at that time. I was able to continue to work as a STICU RN on nights and weekends while attending clinicals during the week. I struggled through this program but I made it out and I graduated and passed my boards the first time. Graduate school is not easy but it is well worth it in the end. - Alum
- Highly recommend! I highly recommend Texas A&M-CC for the FNP program. They prepare you well and the instructors are very knowledgeable. It’s a difficult program but well worth it in the end to become a successful NP. - Alum
- tamucc Great and prestigious NP program overall! Glad to stay in Alumni from the University and program. I felt prepared and ready to see patients. - Alum
- Good solid program early in the NP Timeline It was a little lite on the ortho and neuro exams . and I think a course on the management of the office like credentialing and billing would have been very helpful. But that was 27 years ago - Alum
